we create + hold space for ourselves + each other, through our:
The Young EGO Mentorship Program focuses on exploring wellness and creativity through writing (the art of journaling). This program features group mentorship between older (millennial) women and teen girls (13-18yrs) within specific communities. During weekly sessions–within a seasonal time frame (spring, summer, fall) we discuss and dissect themes of self-love, self-care, manifestation, goal-setting, meditation, intentionality etc. Some of the sessions will include a meet-and-greet with parents who choose to be involved for the first session, a mid season check-in, and end of season community kiki.
** This program is free of charge, tokens + light refreshments available. Stay tuned for our next season in session: July – August 2018 **
Self-care ‘n Sisterhood is a monthly series (last Sunday of the month) for millennial women, dedicated to accountability. Our values are rooted in self-care + sisterhood. We believe establishing and maintaining meaningful sisterhood is a fundamental part of self-care. So, welcome home sis! Hosted by founder Igho Diana, this series is meant to be space for us to share our self-care resources with one another, create accountability partnerships and celebrate our wins, in sisterhood.

Our quarterly event series: Stay Whole urges us to take responsibility for filling our cups often. We consider how aspects of Black Womanhood intersect with self-care culture. In essence: we explore the simple + intentional acts of services towards ourselves, that shape our daily lives–through a lens of Black Womanhood. Our events are open to everyone; supporters, allies, and loved ones. Join us in conversation + learning.
